- Field Support for a team of 45/Remote support for 2 field offices/employees (Inland Empire & Northern California)
- Selection, implementation, & maintenance of a Helpdesk Ticketing System for the firm
- Understanding of Windows Server 2008+ and Active Directory administration including configuring Domain Trusts, OUs, Group Policy, replication, DHCP, DNS, and WINS
- Support conversion from Google environment to MS platform
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in hybrid environment
- Experience with Exchange Server 2010 and higher including Exchange Online
- Experience with SQL Server 2008 and higher
- Experience with enterprise firewalls, VPNs, routing, subnetting, layer 3 switch configuration, and Wi-Fi networking
- Some experience with AWS including configuring VPCs, security groups, instances, storage
- Understanding of on-premises server hardware and UPS devices
- Understanding of VoiP systems (Digium)
- Some experience with health and performance monitoring, high availability, enterprise backup solutions, corporate antivirus, security, and disaster recovery
- Scripting experience including Visual Basic
- Windows desktop support experience including troubleshooting Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Basic MacOS and Linux administration
- MimeCast (Legal/SEC search) admin
- Customer Survey Portal admin
- Maintenance of legacy system i.e. FoxPro
- DelTek (Project Mgmt. system) admin
- KnowB4 - phishing & anti-virus admin
