- 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in cybersecurity
- Solid understanding of core cybersecurity tools and their usage in an enterprise environment.
- Experience deploying core security tools such as Splunk, Forcepoint, Crowd strike, Tenable, etc.
- Demonstrated experience leading projects within the cybersecurity space.
- Solid organization skills and solid understanding of project management processes
- High level of proficiency in Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Asana
- Comfortable with pivots and macros
- Preferably PMI certified / trained (PMP)
- Manage project plans for security/infrastructure projects and contribute to the overall successful program delivery
- Manage Implementation of various security projects to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor and control assigned project budgets and targets provided by the Director of Operations and Infrastructure
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with project team members
- Liaise with other IT departments and support areas to facilitate successful end to end delivery
- Monitor project progress, regularly report on progress, identify and action potential stoppers and issues
- Communicate gaps in program performance and escalate as necessary
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure cross-program alignment to meet contractual obligations for deliverables and SLAs
- Deliver role up updates to program governance and manage weekly updates for project and program level reports
- Self-starter able to drive towards goals and manage time effectively
- Analytical and the ability to think on the fly
- Strong skills in interpersonal, verbal, and written communication
- Able to work in a collaborative and in fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn new cybersecurity concepts
