Front End Web Developer to work remotely during COVID and onsite in San Antonio, TX post COVID. Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Treasury Public Trust clearance.Required Skills and Qualifications- HTML5

- Citizenship Requirement: Candidates MUST be a or Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) with at least three consecutive years of U.S. residency, from the date of legal entry, as an LPR
- Clearance Requirements: Active Treasury Public Trust clearance is preferred, but not required (must be clearable)
- Managing the interchange of data between the application and the browser
- Focus on server-side of programming for the web
- Also understands the programming language, which control the display of content in the browser
- Interpreting graphic visual or interaction designs in HTML, CSS and Javascript.
- Creating visually appealing web pages or interfaces.
- Creating, editing or modifying templates for a web development framework or CMS.
- Programming interaction with JavaScript and/or a library such as jQuery, YUI or Prototype.
- Testing cross-browser, cross-platform, and/or cross-device compatibility for inconsistencies.
- Testing for compliance to specified standards such as accessibility standards in the clients region or domain.
- Conducting observational user testing or reviewing designs against usability heuristics.
