Job Description: Business Systems Analyst analyses business environment to help decide how software solution will improve the business processes, models the flows of data and processes and documents the requirements for the applications. Business Systems Analyst creates test plans, tests application (QA), assists users in performing User Acceptance Test (UAT) and supports users after release of the software.

Skills Required:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in the IT environment
  • Strong communication, presentation and writing skills

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to write test plans
  • Experience with functional application testing

  • SQL language skills
  • Customer service skills and focus on the ultimate customer satisfaction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of SDLC
  • Experience working on large enterprise projects
  • Ability to work directly with non-technical clients
  • Ability to understand requirements, as presented by non-technical users
  • Ability to understand and formulate business requirements in a structured form
  • Ability to create functional requirements and determine complexity of work
  • Ability to understand and address the needs of the business
  • Ability to provide time estimates and meet deadlines

  • Extensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Web applications and UX

Skills Desired:

  • Experience with financial systems
