Our CompanyAt Enceiba, we manage the Amazon accounts for multi-million dollar companies, and our growth in the last several years has been phenomenal. We've now located ourselves in the Phoenix, AZ area, and we're adding to our team in CA here in Arizona.

We start at 8am, and wrap at 5pm, with client calls starting at 9am giving each on of our staff some "down" time in the morning to get ready for the day ahead.

The JobHave you been managing a seller central and / or vendor central account for years? Do you know your ASIN from a FNSKU, and understand why you could have the same ASIN in the same account multiple times? Are you up to speed on Amazon's inventory shipment limits? Did you suffer through Amazon's FBA shipment shutdown of 2020? If so, we would love to talk to you.We are Enceiba, and Amazon Agency that assists manufacturers in reaching their goals on Amazon.com. If you have deep experience with Seller and Vendor central, we'd love to speak with you.Do you have experience growing Amazon sales? Do you manage over 500 products? Are you skilled at looking at a listing, and know what it takes to grow traffic and sales?We're looking for

seasoned/experienced Seller Central and / or Vendor Central account managers with several years of experience to prove their skills. Our ideal candidate will have experience managing several accounts at once, for various companies, and may already have agency experience.We specifically expect this position to come to the job with experience and new views on Seller Central that will surprise and delight our existing team.If you do, we'd love to talk to you further.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage Amazon accounts to improve and increase the sales, maintain outstanding ratings and rankings.
  • Maintain, optimize and improve listings on the various marketplaces (title, description, images, reviews, prices, promotions, deals, product specs, customer questions, etc.) to increase the exposures.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance updates, identifying trends and assortment management opportunities
  • Manage multiple clients
  • Pull and scrub reports from marketplaces, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (visits, campaigns, sponsored ads, PPC conversation rate, ROI, cost analysis, return rate, etc.)
  • Inventory planning: compare past and current sales trends to determine future inventory demand.
  • Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Identify new digital trends and applications that have the ability to increase brand awareness and sales.

POSITION REQUIREMENT:
  • Motivated, detail oriented, creative and problem resolving ability
  • Hard working, able to work in non business hours to work with overseas teams
  • US Degree in Computer Science or E.E is preferred.
  • More than 5+ years' experience in the Amazon seller central, Walmart or eBay marketplace account management, maintaining high level of seller performance for good accounts health.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including .csv & .txt files, filtering, conditional formatting, macros, pivot tables, etc.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability of manage product reviews and feedbacks.
  • Ability to meet project deadlines, multitask and managing multiple accounts at same time.
  • Have initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and a high level of ownership.
  • Knowledge of Internet best practices and the impact they have on SEO.
  • Experience with PPC - Management of Pay per click programs.
