(Possibility for extension) Job Description:Project: Develop a single modernized, robust, scalable, secure, and flexible object record storage system by providing viewer services and components that can quickly be integrated and adapted to meet any business unit's record archival and retrieval needs while preserving FIMS/CARP features.Team is building a new Search and View capability in Cloud, replacing the legacy distributed viewer capability. So the expectation from the candidate is to have an agile mindset to work on UI and middle tier applications and also take up any legacy work that may be present to address any Technical debtLocation; First preference is Merrimack, NH 2nd option is Westlake, TXMust Have: Angular JS . AWS - UI Code development capabilities The Expertise You Have- 5+years development experience with strong solid understanding of Java, and AWS technologies.
- Demonstrated Expertise ("DE") designing, developing, testing, and releasing Web applications within the financial technology industry, using services and server technologies (Java, IIS, and Linux) and client technologies (Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery); and developing, testing, and deploying high performance Web applications using Angular, for development, and Jasmine, Sonar and Veracode for code quality.
- DE Architecting, Designing, and Developing Cloud ready applications, using ECS, EKS/Docker, Jenkins, JFrog Artifactory, IBM Urban Code Deploy for Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) of application functionality.
- DE developing Spring Boot, multi-threaded, middle-tier components, using Java, REST, SOAP, and oAuth/ Ping technology; and analyzing, monitoring, and performance tuning, using Dynatrace, JProfiler, and Java Bean for application integration of Web services design and development.
- Experience with S3, Route 53, EC2, ECS, API gateway, Cloud Front, Cloud Trail & Lambda development in AWS.
- AWS Certification (Developer or Solution Architect) is a plus.
