QA Engineer - permanent position

This is a direct hire permanent position (annual salary, benefits, vacation, etc.)

• Responsible for the development and execution of testing strategies and methodologies
• Responsible for the execution of manual test plans, development of automated test scripts, and execution test automation.
• Perform testing on high to very high complexity projects and provide guidance, training, and mentoring
• Coach and manage user acceptance testing with end-users
• Track and analyze test results, report automation summaries, and update statuses
• Partner with business analyst and project manager to ensure requirements are documented, understood, testable, and accurately tested
• Collaborate with the business and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and other related issues.
• Participate in post deployment testing exercises as necessary

• 5 + years in Quality Assurance experience
• 3 + years in Salesforce Automation experience
• 2 + years with MuleSoft (plus)
• Experience with Agile Scrum framework
• Experienced in building Automation Framework with Selenium and Protractor, etc.
• Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent background in foundational concepts of SDLC, and testing best practices throughout SDLC
• Experience and strong understanding of automation tools
• Experienced in Page Object Model with Keyword and Data Driven Concepts
• Expertise in GitHub code repositories
• Proficient at independently writing complex SQL queries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Aptitude for learning new technologies and concepts
• Work effectively in a team setting
• Must be able to self-organize workloads and manage multiple parallel deadlines
• Experienced in integrating automation framework with DevOps or GitHub
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
