While we lead our team to create innovative content, digital and in-product brand experience across our own channels, we also oversee our lead agencies in the creation of content for TV, Print and OOH. About this RoleThe ideal individual for this role is a multi-faceted and innovative problem-solver/project manager who has the proven ability to deliver and launch initiatives on time, on budget, and on strategy. Must be a clear communicator, team player, and be able to inspire and motivate teams to deliver world-class creative.

ResponsibilitiesWork closely with creative teams to bid, award and execute best in class workWork closely with program management and marketers to secure alignment and reach campaign goalsDeliver mixed deliverable assets including on platform/social media formats including stills, animation and live action videoPush on innovation within formats to create breakthrough and memorable creative workSet project schedules, and manage calendars for highly specialized creative workers, including both internal creative teams and/or external partnersNegotiate and manage project statements of work, estimates and related parameters (up to $3M)Manage external vendor relationships (illustrators, photographers, design firms, production companies, etc.)
