Job Summary: Works as liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes that directly affect information systems. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements, recommends and implements technology solutions that enable the credit union to achieve defined goals.

Essential Functions:
  • May work independently or with a project team to analyze and document business requirements, propose and implement technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with the developers to ensure internally developed solutions meet or exceed the documented business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Quality Assurance Analysts to develop test scripts and automated testing for application changes.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions for critical business processes. May facilitate user acceptance testing.
  • Facilitate workshops, capture and analyze requirements and decompose high-level information into details. Present business requirements in a user friendly business requirements document.
  • Develop project plan, test plans, communication and reporting for all core system releases and hot fixes.
  • Facilitate Triage meetings to discuss and resolve member facing issues and challenges.
  • Set up and maintain master project plan for the IT Department.
  • Maintain meeting schedules, minutes, issues logs and documentation as assigned.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Complete required BSA & OFAC training annually.
  • Understand and adhere to BSA and OFAC policy and procedures.

Education/Work Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, systems engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of relevant technology experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 5+ years of leading platform implementation of core enterprise applications
