A business consulting company in the Newport area is looking for a Sr. JavaScript Engineer to join their team. This individual will be solving complex challenges surrounding site optimization and implementing new features. Ideal candidates will have a strong foundation with JavaScript (at least 4+ yrs) and professional experience with React. They are currently leveraging Node and AWS as well. Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years professional programming experience
  • Strong capabilities with JavaScript/ ES6
  • Professional experience with React
  • Familiarity with Sever-side language (Node, Python , Java)
  • Experience delivering software in an AWS environment is a plus
What You Will Be Doing
  • Build dynamic new features across both the front-end and the back-end of the application.
  • Work directly with product managers or other internal teams to help translate business requirements into technical tasks.
The Offer
  • Competitive hourly rate up to $85.00/hr
