Job Summary: This position will assist the compliance manager in numerous facets of company compliance including adherence to TCPA guidelines, DNC guidelines and CMS guidelines. This role will also include the assessment of carrier issues and consumer escalations as well as development and monitoring of marketing vendors.

Essential Functions:
  • Complaint investigations and documentation
  • Marketing audit and technology vendor calibration
  • Policy development and process audits as directed by compliance manager
