Business Information Developer Sr. (Adobe Campaign Engine Developer) is responsible for the design and development of an end-to-end solution for complex nurture campaigns to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email). Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate with business teams to build user stories, business requirements and monitor data quality for data feed processes (batch & API). • Analyzes and designs solutions to address varied and highly complex business needs. • Develop end-to-end solutions for complex nurture campaigns (with potential optimization testing) to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email). • Create different Data extensions and associate them with different campaigns. • Involved in sending email alerts every week for promotions and offers from the organization. • Follow the QA process to ensure emails are rendered as insisted across all email clients and screen resolutions. • Monitor customer communications to validate execution and deliver detailed campaign process documentation. • Design personalized email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML and CSS3, AMP script in Content Builder. • Works as a marketing product expert and administrator of all ACE processes (manage subscriber-level data). • Employ Data Loader to read, extract, and load data from CSV files. • Develop and deploy A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign. • Use automation studio for performing actions such as imports, extracts, and SQL query activities. • Design and configure journeys using activities within the Journey Builder and launched them in the production after thorough testing. • Dashboard reporting, in Salesforce and in SharePoint and Changepoint. • Developing AMPSCRIPT code to implement business requirements by creating Dynamic content. • Establishes improves and optimizes the consolidating processes for forecast and month-end results. • May collaborate with businesses and technical areas to implement new or enhanced products. • May require a strong knowledge of products as well as our internal business models and data systems. May coordinate with external audits as appropriate. Acts as the central contact with internal departments and external auditors. Works independently. Draws up a plan to address issues/concerns. Works side by side with their manager.Qualifications
  • Requires a BS/BA degree in Statistics, Economics, or Business Administration; 12+ years of relevant experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Experience providing leadership in evaluating the financial performance of complex organizations required.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, organizational, planning, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • This job is focused on identifying solutions to business problems and needs, very knowledgeable across products, more customer-facing in recommending solutions, an expert in data analysis, extremely independent, more interpretation of what is required by the business as compared to the Bus Info Consultant job.

  • Experience developing with Adobe Campaign Engine, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, end-to-end solution for complex nurture Campaigns to deliver personalized customer communications (social & email), creating different data extensions and associating them to different campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of developing code to implement business requirements by creating Dynamic content.
  • Experience designing personalized email content using Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HTML and CSS3, AMP script in Content Builder.
  • Worked as a marketing product expert and administrator of all ACE processes (manage subscriber-level data).
  • Expert with ACE, environments (sandboxes), and 3rd party app exchange partners.
