Education & Experience 10+ years of experience in solution creation in Industrial or Enterprise environment Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with a focus on IT or Process Automation Master’s Degree preferred, or a track record in a professional career with significant technical accountability Experience of working within a medium to large sized international organization with a matrix environment Proven track record within a sales and service role in a market and industry relevant to theorganization Experience working with cross functional teams, including Sales, Marketing and Product Development Experience in OT/IT technical know-how (e.g. Cloud, IIOT, ICS) and applications insights (e.g. Discrete –AGV, Intralogistics)Abilities Ability to create CVP‘s (Customer Viable Product) with multi-product solutions and technologies Must have both the technical, operational and commercial affinity to operate credibly within the Accounts or Vertical allocated Demonstrate the ability to translate complex, technical information into comprehensible conversation with a non-technical audience Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and Competitors’ solutions Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to work within a metric driven environment Ability to work successfully in a fast paced and pressured work environment Demonstrate a pro-active, flexible and pragmatic approach

2. Principle Job Accountabilities Drive Belden pipeline growth and success rate through developing and delivering outcome-based Solutions to Customers managed by Solutions Sales colleagues Provide the Technical Leadership influence in all assigned Key Accounts and critical or complex projects Working with Process Digital Automation Consultants to technically translate process diagnostic insights into compelling Solutions with demonstrable financial value impact Construct business value impact around business outcomes, building credibility and sponsorship by using Account's terminology and KPIs Collaborate with CIC Solution Support team in development/execution of POCs, FATs, and network audits Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and Competitors’ solutions Provide future-based technical insights to enable project wins and customer loyalty Design and support technology campaigns such as Webinars, Roadshows, Trade fairs Represent customer’s voice in Business Unit strategy and new product introduction processes Provide Market Insight to Sales, Product Management and R&D to support definition of customer and vertical market propositionsEssentials Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (50% + frequency of travel) Computer literacy essential – including experience of using CRM system tools e.g. SFDC English fluency to business standard essential
