This position will be a mixture of Development/Project Management in a Scrum environment. This company is working with some of the most cutting-edge technologies on the market with some of the most brilliant engineers in OC on their team. Required Skills & Experience

  • Past lead or management experience
  • Very knowledgeable with C#/.NET
  • Strong interpersonal communication
  • Ability to lead a team of up to 15 developers
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment
  • Backend experience using SQL
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Degree in CS or related field
  • Project Management experience
  • Front-End experience with Angular or React
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
  • 50% Web
  • 50% Desktop
Daily Responsibilities
  • 90% Management
  • 10% Development
