One of the first pilots is market place, this person will reach out to sellers, and set up time to discuss with sellers, and identify road blockers.•The key is writing emails that tap into customer needs, being on top of it. Comfortable speaking with customers•Comfort in speaking with customers. Someone who has writing ability, set up meetings and phone calls with customers. We are looking for someone who loves to wear multiple hats and is excited to drive a wide range of workstreams, e.g. speak with clients/consumers, gather data for analysis, share improvement ideas with sales and marketing.Key responsibilities:•Engage with customers and partners for market research initiatives Own day to day running of existing programs to ensure they are executed with excellence Gather data through various (manual) sources to assess how existing revenue programs are performing, and communicate findings in a compelling manner Identify improvement opportunities by analyzing data and share recommendations with crossfuntional stakeholders Support development of new programs by testing new ideas with clients, problem solving ways to improve test results, and helping scale successful tests Build basic understanding of sales and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce) needed to execute current and new programsQualifications:•Extensive client interaction experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience using data (in Microsoft Excel/ Google sheets) to identify trends and report results Strong problem solving skills to address roadblocks and recommend improvement opportunities Strong process management skills - comfortable running multiple projects simultaneously which may not be directly linked with each other, able to proactively raise concerns and remove hurdles Strong collaboration skills - enjoys working with multiple people to drive results Entrepreneurial - adaptable and willing to wear whichever hat that gets the job done Experience working in a fast-paced environment (e.g. comfortable meeting weekly deadlines)
