Our client has an immediate need for an
EDI Application Support who will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities through data analytics, stakeholder and customer interactions and educating customers on product and services.Requirements:- Associate's degree in computer science or relevant field is a plus
- 5-10 years’ experience required
- Experience with EDI file formats, Flat File, BAI file formats
- Experience with Batch files, MS Excel and MS Access data base
- Experience with mainframe applications, TSO, OVS, CICS or other similar applications
- Analyzing and designing technical specifications for mapping EDI customer files
- Working with Application Vendor and Technology to implement application enhancements
- Preparing comprehensive test plans and scripts and act as liaison between operations/customers and programmers to address system problems
- Writing test plans, test scripts, execute test plans and validating test results.
