The system is currently being redesigned to modernize the workflows and UI that employees use to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The redesigned system will be rolled out to U.S. stores later this year, before being expanded to 12 additional geos in 2022. This is a hands-on UX/UI Design role that will require close collaboration with Product Management leads as they develop requirements to address geo-specific financing, Client Care+, tax, and invoicing workflows.Key Qualifications•A portfolio of work that includes iOS apps •Well-versed in Client Human Interface Guidelines •Clearly communicates design solutions through screen flows and prototypes •An expert Sketch user with fluency in prototyping software such as Flinto •A fast learner with a track record for delivering in a fast-paced environment •Thrives in a highly collaborative remote work environment and is motivated by feedback from product managers, designers, and stakeholders •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Ability to confidently present work, and work in an iterative process •Eager to find efficiencies in global execution, while championing smart design to promote local relevanceDescription•Leverage redesigned U.S. workflows and design standards as a starting point to develop intuitive solutions that meet geo-specific requirements •Partner closely with Product Managers, Operations Experts, Engineers and Localization Leads to create best-in-class creative executions; develop trust quickly with partners •Produce screen flows, comps, prototypes and detailed design specifications •Ensure that design solutions follow accessibility standards and best practices •Rapid iteration of design deliverables to respond to feedback from users and cross-functional team members •Present in-progress and final designs
