Job Summary:Our Project Management practice group is currently seeking an IT Project Manager who has strong experience in IT Application integration Corporate Financial Systems & Learnings system support one of our global Healthcare devices/Life Science clients, based out of the West CoastThis Project Manager is a solution-oriented leader that can apply program management techniques to facilitate, coordinate with good communication skills to collaborate to implement the Corporate Financial Systems & Learnings system across the business division from vision to realization. The Project Manager will be adept at building and maintaining relationships; is highly analytical, customer obsessed, adaptable, and enjoys bringing structure and discipline to ambiguous spaces to realize measurable value for the business.You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs and balance short & long-term business needs against constraints. The Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of assigned projects and programs from initiation through delivery using relevant iterative/ Agile processes and can work with minimal oversight.

  • Implement EdCast LxP global solution - Learning Management SaaS solution
Key Responsibilities / skillsets:
  • Facilitate system deployment discussions with IT stakeholders (widgets, browser/email listing, etc.)
  • Facilitate adherence to IT PMO gates where appropriate
  • Develop deployment schedule focused on IT deliverables, report out weekly project status to key IT stakeholders, escalate risks or key decisions to key IT stakeholders
  • Lead the delivery of Treasury Management Upgrade Project on time, within budget and scope, and according to IT PMO best practices and quality goals
  • Work with internal IT team members to install new hardware to the specific standards set by IT
  • Work with external partner team, executive sponsors, stakeholders, and the core team to design and implement what is needed for timely delivery of the program
  • Build relationships with relevant Treasury team in Finance, IT Teams (CSI, CIS, ETO-Middleware and ERP), establish alliances and help drive alignment across the organization to support fulfilling the program objectives and deliverables
  • Manage day-to-day program activities and related meetings. Lead the core team on a day-to-day basis, including external partners
  • Manage prioritization decisions and change requests throughout the life of the program.
  • Identify and account for interdependencies, and ensure that this project's deliverables are comprehensively informed by relevant parallel efforts in other finance transformation programs
  • Coordinate activities and manage dependencies across various functional teams to support a highly collaborative work environment
  • Identify, assess and mitigate program risks. Develop and provide remediation plans if needed
  • Communicate key risks and issues to management and sponsors at all levels of the organization, and complete risk planning activities to mitigate and/or eliminate them
  • Capture and report program status and ensure the project management information systems are maintained with accurate and current information on all work streams in the program
  • Manage project deliverables and timelines with architecture and delivery team
  • Oversee the agile/scrum implementation of technical deliverables. Engage, support, and resolve blocking issues in the software development process as needed by the technical team
  • Conduct Steering committee meetings and track as well as report out to Sponsors on spending to ensure the project is executed within the budget

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering or a related field of study, Master's degree is a plus
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience as a Project Manager with experience in Digital Marketing/Data Science supporting large organizations

Preferred Experience and Skills:
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile/SAFe Certification is a plus
  • Experience as PM/Scrum Master for Digital Marketing/Data Science, understanding of business processes to help prioritize and negotiating for consensus building.
  • Experience in Agile/SAFe methodologies managing Data Analytics/Science with a focus on building Strong Agile team including implementation of CI/CD /DevOps
  • Strong communicator with effective presentation skills delivering formal presentations & facilitate Demo to various levels of management articulating project/Sprint status, risk mitigations, benefits & financial realizations.
  • Self-motivated and independent critical thinker who can visualize and guide team during conflicting situations to stay focused on business goals & priorities
  • Has strong experience in iterative and Agile methodologies, lean budget, managing solution deployments, process improvements, provide training to team.
  • Effective conflict & impediments management in a fast-paced environment, take higher responsibilities working with cross functional team who are working on multiple priorities
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders and team members with variety of personal styles to focus on right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is a must
