Job Description
Responsibilities for the Support Specialist:
Provide tier-1 and tier-2 desktop support and maintenance, including desktop installation, troubleshooting, repair maintenance, and upgrades. Remote and Onsite desktop support for end-users with a Windows environment. Configure servers and network hardware. Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. Experience working with MSP a huge plus
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade PC's) Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/16. Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong troubleshooting skills. All employment candidates must pass a background check and take and pass a basic network-based skills test. A+, Network+, MCP certifications are preferred.
