Shipping Assistant

A Rapid City based manufacturer is looking for an assistant in their shipping department. This is a full time position with day time hours Monday - Friday. The job requires a high degree of concentration and accuracy with lifting of boxes up to 60 pounds. Must be able to be on your feet for a full 8 hour shift, have moderate keyboard and computer skills to be able to process shipping labels for UPS, Fedex, and USPS shipments. We will train on these systems. Other aspects of the job include packaging, sorting, shelf stocking and limited use of hand held power tools.
