We are looking for an individual who is team oriented and has proficient knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook, strong time management skills and the ability to work without supervision under pressure, is detail oriented and able to take direction from multiple individuals within the company. This individual will issue purchase orders for materials, coordinate scheduling and deliveries with project managers, site superintendents and clients and may be called upon to assist in soliciting bids from sub-contractors nationwide, solicit quotes from suppliers for construction materials and finishes. Job responsibilities will also include answering the phone, transferring calls, processing mail, issuing contracts and change orders, verifying insurance & licensing, processing pay applications and corresponding paperwork. Quick Books experience would be a plus. Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Pay will depend upon experience - EOE
