DriveCam Systems Manager Needed!

Atomic Transport is seeking a DriveCam Manager who can effectively manage all aspects of DriveCam. The essential job functions are viewing DriveCam on road events and coaching driver behavior daily.

Job Responsibilities:

Contacting and coaching drivers on a daily basis based on event relevance.

Reviewing prior days recordings for negative behaviors.

Create reports and emails to be expedited to management when critical events or near misses occur so that immediate interventions can be initiated.

Observe, track, and report data trends pertaining to individual and group behavior and create corrective action programs for improvement.

Ensure all cameras are working daily and take necessary steps to affect quick diagnosis and repair while working closely with managers and Lytx.

Assisting managers to track and geofence vehicles and make excel reports.

Work with management on constant improvement processes for DriveCam.

Keeping all DriveCam information confidential and only discussing with management and the safety department.

Performing all other duties as required by management.

Essential Abilities:

Communication Skills

Ability to articulate and communicate defensive driving techniques

Excellent computer skills with exceptional excel and outlook abilities
