Job Description

  • Assist our patients and dental office groups with their scheduling procedures for clinical visits
  • Answering calls promptly with love for our patients projecting a positive caring attitude with each conversation
  • Have a good understanding of scheduling, insurance and billing processes performed in dental offices
  • Dependable with an organized mindset
  • Must enjoy interacting with patients and working in a team environment
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Assist with:
  • Processing and posting payments
  • Setting up and maintaining primary insurance information on patient records
  • Submitting claims to insurance companies
  • Insurance verification and payments
  • Prepare detailed patient “out of pocket” estimate

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ideally 3+ years of customer focused experience
  • Required 3+ years of call center experience
