Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Front Office Representative. To be the front of house person working the lobby area to really establish the tone of the brand to all guests. Creating a welcoming atmosphere, smell, cleanliness, music and over all experience.

Salary range: $40000 - $50000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting all guests to the office.

  • Answering the phone and relaying messages to management.

  • Work with office manager to maintain office supplies stock.

  • Escorting with security meeting delegates to meeting rooms.

  • Keeping the live talent reel up to date.

  • Show guests where to park for meetings.

  • Printing current tour posters of any of our clients and adding to lobby frames monthly.

  • Managing brand´s general email inbox.

  • Organize magazine subscriptions for lobby reads.

Qualifications

  • Customer service attitude.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

  • Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
