Job Description
Crowell & Moring LLP, a global Am Law 100 law firm, seeks a highly qualified
Associate to join its Antitrust practice group, working from its Washington, DC office.Candidates
must have 2to 4 years of merger, counseling and compliance experience at a nationally recognized law firm or federal government agency. In addition, candidates should have demonstrated experience managing workflow, and delegating effectively to junior associates.All candidates should have excellent academic and professional credentials as well as highly developed writing, analytical and communication skills. Candidates must be a member of the DC Bar or eligible to waive-in.
