Family, Friends, and Food! Welcome to The Boathouse where our kitchen is the heart of the restaurant. We are hiring Sous Chefs, and Line Cooks to join our family team at our Rocketts Landing, Short Pump, Sunday Park and City Point locations. Come and grow your skills and passion for delicious food. We are looking for professional, self sufficient, and enthusiastic individuals. We offer flexible hands on training, in store food safety certifications, and TOP PAY. Line Cooks can become Executive Chefs. We will train and grow you. PTO accrual starts day one!

REQUIREMENTS

Line Cook:

Must have prior experience

High level of professionalism

A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts

Ability to stand/walk and stay focused and alert for extended periods of time

Knowledge of weights and measures

Must be willing to work weekends

Excellent oral communication and listening skills

Ability to follow directions

Ability to work quickly but calmly always focusing on guests' needs

ServSafe Food Handler certified - We will provide certification!

Lead Cook (Sous Chef)

all requirements of a Line Cook

Years of experience in field

Management or leadership preferred

ServSafe Manager certification - We will provide certification!
