McGeorge Toyota - TRAC Rental Agent

McGeorge Toyota is expanding our TRAC (Toyota Rent A Car) Department and adding to our staff!

Previous experience in the rental field helpful but not necessary. Ability to work a flexible schedule to include some Saturdays.

Job Responsibilities:

- Create the optimal rental experience by maximizing on sales and service opportunities for every customer

- Greet customers professionally and prepare the rental agreement

- Provide excellent customer service in all customer contact situations

- Meet all sales and service standards

- Maintain vehicle cleanliness (wash and vacuum) as needed

- Maintain inventory on a daily basis

- Handle all telephone and email inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner

- Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs

Qualifications:

- Ability to follow defined service and sales process

- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some Saturdays

- Proficient in Microsoft Office

- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

- Previous customer service or rental experience preferred

- Valid Virginia driver’s license
