Inside Sales Representative Job

Icon Roofing is in search of an upbeat, self-motivated individual to support our outside sales team by making follow-up calls on existing leads, schedule appointments for onsite evaluations and estimates, as well as research and call potential businesses and property management companies to generate new leads.

The position is currently part-time at 20hrs a week with flexible hours. There is the potential for a full-time position. Pay starts at $15hr. Bonuses are available.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up on pre-generated leads through outbound calls, emails and texts

2. Develop new sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential client accounts

3. Conduct email-marketing campaigns

4. Answer roofing and insurance questions and discuss financing opportunities. Appropriately communicate Icon’s values and company policies.

5. Pass qualified leads to appropriate team members with meeting dates and complete profile information

6. Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the company database

Salary/Rate

1. Pay starts at $15 an hour with bonuses available
