Customer Service and Inside Sales

Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a well-known Anacortes company to bring on an additional sales team member thanks to their growing business operations. We are seeking a candidate that enjoys customer service just as much as managing ordering, receiving, shipping and inventory. There is never a dull moment at this facility! Bouncing back and forth between the office and the warehouse will make the days fly by, all while assisting customers and seeing them through the ordering process.

Inside Sales/Warehouse Manager

Location: Anacortes, WA

Pay rate: $17-20/hour to start

Schedule: Part-time or full-time, up to you!

Responsibilities:

- Act as first point of contact for all inquiries

- Answer phones and assist customers with placing orders

- Transfer calls to proper department based on specialized customer needs

- Process transactions using POS system and handling cash, checks and cards

- Order general product as well as custom product (special orders)

- Receive shipments from vendors and process items/conduct inventory

- General clerical duties including data entry, filing, etc.

- Other light warehouse duties as needed

Requirements:

- Ability to occasionally lift up to 40lbs

- Outstanding customer service skills

- Sales experience

- Great phone etiquette

- POS system experience
