Become a Truss FabricatorLouws Truss Inc. has multiple full-time positions open at our Cashmere, WA facility. No prior experience necessary! This is a great entry level job for those who want to get into construction or manufacturing.

New hires are trained to build roof trusses utilizing automated manufacturing equipment. This is a fast pace job with room for prompt advancement into Lead Positions, Truck Drivers, Crane Operators, Truss Designers, Forklift Operators, Supervisory roles and more. We consistently promote from within and pay for CDL, NCCCO and Truss Technician Training.We are currently hiring for Fabricators for our Day and Swing Shifts.

Starting Wage: $14.50 to $15.50 /hour DOE

Bonuses and Overtime are available every pay period.The following Shifts are available: Day Shift: 4:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday to Friday Swing Shift: 2:45 p.m. to 3:15 a.m. Monday to ThursdayAll production employees must provide at their own expense:
