ACCOUNT MANAGER
We are looking for a seasoned professional like you to join our team.
Do you have a passion for helping your customers find the right solution for their needs? Are you highly technical with a great understanding of the mechanical and engineering world? If so, we have a spot for you on our team of high-performing professionals. You can help us by creating and executing strategies to grow our Aftermarket Boiler & Burner Solutions.
Here are some things you can impact:
Partner with current and potential customers to highlight how our solutions can help with their needs
Develop long-term sales plans for key customers, monitor and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met
Work with a multidisciplinary team who all aim to connect with our customers
The job responsibilities are, but not limited to:
Generate leads for sales, service and existing construction equipment
Build and maintain customer relationships
Respond to customer quotes and technical information via phone, fax and email
Negotiate and Process orders.
Promote products through seminars and trade shows as needed
Visit jobsites
Work closely with inspectors, state and federal agencies
Available for work on weekends, holidays and overtime as directed
To be successful in this role, you will also have the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
5 - 10 years of sales experience in industrial/heavy commercial sales
Industrial/Commercial Boiler/Burner experience preferred
Proven experience selling products to key decision makers in an industrial sales environment
Strong negotiation skills and executive presence during presentations
Value-based selling and relationship building experience
An organized, independent, and proactive approach
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
Experience using CRM or similar system
Ability to travel overnight (30-50%)
Current Washington State Drivers’ License and must be insurable with no major infractions
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills and be able to work both independently and in a team environment
As the successful candidate for our Account Manager position you will be eligible for our full benefit package including 401k. Compensation is based on qualifications, skills, and experience. Monday -Friday, 7:00 to 4:00 with occasional overtime.
