Change Management / Communications Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management/Communications Consultant in Oakland, CA.Responsibilities: Provide communications consultation and guidance to internal stakeholders Develops, manages, and executes communications strategies using various domains and channels Lead team members to manage creation of on-time, onbrand, on-budget projects and tactics Initiate project work through the creation of creative briefs, strategic messaging documents and cross-team kick-off meetings Provides expertise and coaching around change management, organizational development & effectiveness Manage the overall priorities and objectives of the team so that time and resources are focused on the key areas; ability to plan and meet timelines Meeting facilitationREQUIREMENTS: Team player with strong inter-personal, negotiation, and communications skills (written and oral) Creativity and Innovation Project management skills; ability to work within team and towards established timelines Candidates qualifying for this position will have similar experience along with the skills and abilities to perform the duties mentioned Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plusKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
