- Experience as a lead PM managing three (3) or more SharePoint migration and automation projects
- Experience working with a State or government agency
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification (active)
- Managing the SharePoint migration and all projects including creating and managing a project management plan
- Producing the deliverables
- Designating a singular point of contact for the UI Intranet team
- Maintaining a control log and upholding project management standards
- Knowledge transfer, including staff training and robust process documentation before UI considers the project to be complete
- A 30-day warranty for each deliverable after the project is complete
