We are seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator for a premiere client of ours in the Allentown, PA area. This role is primarily role with occasional on site requirements.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:- Provides support to solutions involving Microsoft and other technologies including, but not limited to, SharePoint, Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Teams
- Experience with troubleshooting Microsoft products
- Documentation development
- Communication with vendors for issue resolution or fix development
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of Office365 apps in the cloud
