Petra Technologies Inc (Petra) is looking for an Senior IT Staffing Account Managers across any part of US with demonstrated success in selling, negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced IT business environment and to become part of our dynamic Sales team to help drive and support business and revenue growth initiatives with new and existing clients.The Account Manager role is responsible for developing relationships with Key Executives and IT decision making Managers with direct Clients to develop a pipeline of potential job openings within various organizations. This is a Business Development role. Account Managers will be responsible for opening new accounts and identifying opportunities to support client initiatives by providing proper IT candidates. Once an opening is established, the Account Manager will work with the client to understand the details of that opening and then present candidates, sourced by the recruiting team, to fill the positions, both on a contract and or perm basis. The Account Manager will then navigate, with the client, through the sales cycle and candidate interview process, negotiate and broker the deal and close the sale. This position involves utilizing both inside and outside selling techniques, major prospecting, closing and managing the entire sales process

RESPONSIBILITIES:- Responsible for generating business opportunities by identifying IT job openings- Prepare and execute a daily sales plan that identifies potential business opportunities- Sales plan will include working existing accounts (warm calls) and contacting new potential clients (cold calls), it will also include sourcing and mining for leads- Contacting key decision makers via phone calls, email marketing and in-person visits- Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales leads by effectively working successful follow-up strategy- Effectively navigate both clients and candidates through the interview process and sales cycle- Negotiate and close sales Requirements- Successful experience in a Business Development role for IT Staffing- Strong desire to proactively initiate business contact and make sales calls- High level of social confidence and the ability to communicate with people of all levels in an effective manner- Motivated to earn commission- Ability to take the initiative, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently as well as within a team- Demonstrated aptitude to set and reach goals- True hunter attitude- Drive new revenue opportunities by developing new client relationships- Generate net headcount growth and manages overall profitability within current clients- Use their proven sales/marketing background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our staffing services for contract positions- Ensures timely collection of receivables by working with appropriate individuals

QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelors or equivalent college degree- 2 years or more in a IT sales/marketing role in a professional services/staffing firm- Demonstrated ability to develop new business & leverage existing relationships- Evidence of a strong industry network- Solid understanding of IT market - Strong presentation and communication skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Emails- Exceptional team player - Motivated self starter requiring minimal managerial supervisionPetra is an Equal Opportunity Employer
