Soft Skills: Communication written and oral, Detailed Oriented and TeamworkSAM (Store Asset Management) Coordinator will be responsible for adhering to a complex roll out schedule while meeting or exceeding requested delivery dates by deploying RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to 350 domestic locations to build the foundation on RFID capabilities to enable in-store inventory benefits. Candidates must be well organized, ability to multitask, have knowledge supporting Apple and Zebra hardware, and adapt to changeSAM (Stores Asset Management) Coordinator responsible for the lifecycle management of point of sale IT assets supporting BBW and VSS domestic and international locations through receiving, testing, configuring and deployments of hardware to stores meeting requested delivery dates. Strong sense of urgency and team player that strives to exceed timelines. Excellent technical and customer service support background that provides services to internal home office customers and external stores. Responsible for testing and determining functionality of POS hardware in order to determine disposition. Typical DayTypical day would be working in our fast pace secured environment processing assets through our Cherwell ticketing system, this includes collaborating with team members and cross functional teams, physically lifting and moving boxes and or IT assets through various phases of the lifecycle, Configuring and Deploying assets to stores meeting requested delivery dates and flexing into other SAM areas to assist in learning and helping keep activities on track.Daily tasks include but are not limited to: 1. Preparing hardware for staging 2. Configuring Apple and Zebra hardware by store location 3. Kitting hardware by store location 4. Deploying hardware by store location 5. Responsible for reporting out daily on completed activities 6. Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records through all activitiesDepartment Activities: • Processes daily Cherwell requests for POS hardware while adhering to or exceeding assigned SLA's • Responsible for following the life cycle management process for company owned assets • Coordinate shipments for OEM warranty repairs on applicable mobile and POS Hardware • Responsible for adhering to and driving PCI compliance at all times • Partners with Stores Asset Management team to improve support of POS hardware and knowledge building that drives efficiencies • Responsible for recording of and accurately documenting store inbound receipts and outbound shipment activity; maintaining accurate inventory records • Administers weekly and monthly required reporting • Other job duties assigned by department leads and management Knowledge and Skills: • Successful completion of an appropriate course of study or graduation from an accredited college or trade school or equivalent experience in related industry • Minimum three years' experience in related field • Broad knowledge of Point of Sale hardware functionality, configuring and troubleshooting • Working knowledge of Apple iOs • General understanding of various hardware and network configurations • Strong customer service, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Skilled in technical problem solving and troubleshooting of Point of Sale hardware • Access and handling of PCI technology requires an impeccable background of ethical behavior • Ability to lift devices up to 70 lbs. • Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast pace environmentSkills:Desktop, Inventory Management, Apple Os, Customer Service, ZebraTop Skills Details:Top 41.
