Our Client is seeking a Software Engineer for a contract to hire position.

  • Glassbox Digital -

    Software Engineer, familiar with Glassbox or Tealeaf.
    • Glassbox records online customer sessions.
    • From these recorded sessions, GBX provides a very rich session replay with an accurate representation of how the customer interacted with the page and application.
    • In addition, custom reports are created from the recorded sessions to track application usage, success ratios, error messages, application display anomalies, etc.
    • To support Mobile First, all new "native app" reports, and funnels and more functionality will need to be created for each virtually new application. The reports, and more, will then provide the business the essential information they need to evaluate the customer response to and performance of the new "native" applications.
    • The need here is for a software engineer familiar with, or the concepts of, Glassbox or Tealeaf.
