An internationally known e-commerce company for commercial and residential decor is looking for a talented UX/UI Designer on their team! This person will sit on a 3-person design team, under an overarching e-commerce of 15 comprised of product managers, designers and software engineers. This team will be responsible for helping revolutionize the way users shop for decor. The goal is to set the standard for the "made-to-order" experience, which will be led by the UX Product Designers. The project will be entirely consumer-facing and web-responsive based, but they approach things with a mobile-first mentality, so a candidate who has both native (iOS/Android) app experience and responsive web experience is ideal! Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional UX/UI or Product Design experience
- Strong visual/UI Skills that balance with solid UX experience
- Ability to take data, interpret it, and design something that's visually appealing
- Recent B2C experience
- Comfortable and excited to work on SEO efforts, landing pages, email marketing, etc.
- Light native mobile app experience
- Portfolio / work samples with relevant work showing user-centered design solutions
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
- E-commerce interest or experience
- Illustration experience
- Email marketing/ email campaign experience
- 60% UI
- 40% UX
- Competitive Salary: Up to $100,000/year, DOE
