- Manage and respond to ServiceNow ticketing system tickets
- Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, assisting staff with all computer, printer (copier/scanners), and mobile device installation, configuration, support, and repair.
- Train staff on IT-related items
- Assist with maintenance of hardware inventory.
- Associates degree or certifications required.
- Must have experience with Microsoft, Citrix, and Adobe software, as well as ticketing systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
- 3 years of large corporate enterprise IT support experience required.
- Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of manufacturer's desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and accessories.
- Must have a genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service.
- Must have analytical skills, top notch communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
