IT Support Technician – 6+ Months Contract – Chicago, ILModis has partnered with one of our superb hospitality clients seeking an

IT Support Technician, who will be responsible for providing technical support for all corporate location staff.

THIS IS A CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.

Top Responsibilities of the IT Support Technician:
  • Manage and respond to ServiceNow ticketing system tickets
  • Ensure timely resolution of service tickets, assisting staff with all computer, printer (copier/scanners), and mobile device installation, configuration, support, and repair.
  • Train staff on IT-related items
  • Assist with maintenance of hardware inventory.

Top Experience and Qualifications of the IT Support Technician:
  • Associates degree or certifications required.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft, Citrix, and Adobe software, as well as ticketing systems.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
  • 3 years of large corporate enterprise IT support experience required.
  • Must have experience troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of manufacturer's desktops, laptops, servers, mobile devices, and accessories.
  • Must have a genuine desire to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Must have analytical skills, top notch communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
