We are seeking an experienced senior-level brand strategist with a strong corporate-level focus. This position will report to the Director of Brand.The objective of the role is to help evolve brand strategy, attributes, narrative and story for a more relevant and modern brand experience for both our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Help conduct research both qualitative and quantitative to uncover insights to improve strategic positioning
  • Develop frameworks, guidelines, comms and materials to articulate, educate, and empower teams to deliver on strategic direction
  • Assist leadership in possible brand identity and creative evolution, establishing a visual system that breaks-through and invigorates with aesthetic appeal
  • Collaborate across multiple teams to bring all breakthrough ideas to life, from visual look/feel, template creation, baseline brand deliverables, and corporate content
  • Help ideate and drive brand campaign concept for effective communication from brand to demand, delivering effectively and beautifully, all centered around strategic outcomes and messaging components.
  • Develop global integrated campaign evaluation, increased experiential channel utilization to increase awareness and broaden perception across all target audiences.
  • Extensive diplomatic collaboration with variety of internal teams in highly matrixed organization, including creative services, content, integrated campaigns, digital and web, corp comms, social, PMM and segment, and others.
  • Help develop and refine frameworks for naming structures and approaches, options, and work with constituents to drive progress and decision
  • Manage creative and brand agencies for strong partnership and delivery, prizing authenticity, integrity, and relationships for long-term gain
  • Develop strong project overviews, manage timelines tightly for all initiatives, budget, and KPIs for success metrics when applicable.
  • Experience in all-things brand strategy, including messaging development, creative components that deliver on strategy, brand storytelling, naming and management for wide global ecosystem.
  • 7+ years of brand strategy experience in an agency or in-house with B2B tech
  • Experience working with creative and content services team, internally or with an agency, including drafting of creative briefs and articulation of key strategic objectives
  • Development of campaign briefs, integrated plans, journeys, calendars, and flow articulation of content and experiences a plus.
