Network Security Engineer, you would design and architect the overall technology solution/platform, taking into account the business needs, technical needs, and industry best practices. You'd also identify, assess, document, and articulate data security and data privacy risks in addition to appropriate countermeasures and controls to address data security and data privacy concerns. Required Skills & Experience- 7-10 years of information security work, with substantive experience working with networking and network security
- Technical understanding and experience with NextGen firewalls and network troubleshooting
- Ability to apply a risk management lens to complicated technical issues, and make recommendations about how to reduce risk.
- Intellectual curiosity about cybersecurity issues. You read cyber and technical blogs and websites to stay current on industry trends and emerging risks.
- Firewall Analyzer tools such as Algosec, Firemon or Skybox.
- Splunk queries.
- Functional knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, etc.).
