VSolvit is currently seeking a Full Stack C# / .NET developer with Angular experience to support our Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division (NSWC Corona) Acquisition Readiness (AR30) customer in Norco, California. The programmer will be responsible for supporting the Marine Ammunition Knowledge Enterprise at Naval Surface Warfare Center (Corona). Information assurance support will form an important part of the responsibilities. As a developer on this project, you will be part of a team of developers supporting an enterprise application. The ability to identify, communicate, and resolve technical issues is important in all aspects of this role.Remote / telework is approved for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and modifies web applications systems including encoding, testing, debugging and documenting programs.
  • Ensures that programs can be integrated in the applications systems.
  • Resolves complex problems with existing applications systems.
  • Assists in implementing new applications systems.
  • Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature
  • Maintain security accreditation documentation.
  • Resolves complex problems with existing applications systems.
  • Assists in implementing new application features.
  • Team contributor to moderately complex aspects of a project.
  • Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in C# .NET framework
  • 1+ years’ experience in Angular
  • 1+ years’ experience building APIs
  • 1+ years Database Experience
  • United States Citizenship required
  • Active DoD SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one
  • CompTIA Security+

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior DoD systems experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology specialty
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • “Get it done” attitude and the initiative to problem solve
  • Excellent phone, email, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work as a team member yet also individually
  • Ability to take technical requirements and turn them into functioning applications alone or as part of a team
