Title: Content Strategist III Location: Menlo Park, CA Duration: 3 MonthsDescription:Team of 5 content strategists and 1 instructional designer and they support the media publisher creator influencer audience. Manager the business help center collectively with several other pods,Support help center content requests that come through to support launches. So, when a new product comes out we have to put together a series of articles to support the new product launch.Description/Scope:Content writer/strat who will be CMS/HTML, meeting with cross func partners to identify help center content needsStrong writerThis person would be mostly content authoring in the CMS tool , focused on the creator audience and supporting monetization type of launches and CMS offering•Tasks around content requests•Weekly go to market meetings they would sit in on and represent the help center team in those meetings advocating for help center content where needed or pushes back where its not necessary to create content yet,•Once a launch is coming this person would be Meeting with cross function partners and documenting the tactical steps for the particular product area, rounds of back and forth review with google docs, then once they go through approval process they would be offering in CMS•Going through coding and framework and ensuring everything rendures correctly, looks good on the users end and publishing,•Potentially metrics element - depending on how long this person is on contract that start to watch the dashboard traffic, are ppl voting it helpful, not helpful etc.QUALIFICATIONS (DETAILED FOCUS POINTS):o Folks who have been successful in this role in the past have been English teachers, journalists, bloggers, where the core of their work has really been authoring content from scratchTop 3-5 absolutely Non-Negotiable HARD Skills/Experience:1. Writing background, must be strong writer2. Adaptable to change bc Client can be very fluid3. Ability to work cross functionally and plugged into those different workstreamsEducation Requirements: is a degree absolutely requiredYes, bachelorsYears of Experience Required & in/with what5+How will the performance be measured?1.Ticket resolution - so if someone comes to the help center with an issues, they're about to engage a live person for support but the find the article they need in order to self-resolve first thus saving the interaction with that human, that saves the company x amount of dollars.
