• Knowledge of IT Security, Incident Response, Access Control and Authorization, including IT Governance and NIST’s Cybersecurity frameworks.
• Licenses and certifications preferred: CISSP (Certified Information Security Systems Professional), Preferred Network Technology Certification (CCNA) and, Current Microsoft Certification (MCSE).
• Experience deploying and integrating tools, such as an IDS or other sensors, to support defensive cyber operations.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning, high-availability, backup, recovery and continuity solutions.
• Knowledge of systems operations monitoring, alerting and automatic remediation.
• Written and verbal communications skills and ability to work with users from all levels of the organization with all degrees of technology literacy.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, healthcare or related field, preferably; or equivalent education and/or experience.
