Title: Project/Program Management - Program Manager II Location: MenlPark, CA Duration: 5/24/2021 - 5/23/2022Job Description:Team Description: Describe what your team does & how this project/your team impacts the business: The Central Integrity team is tasked w/ ensuring the safety and security of users on the Client platform, everything from Client tInstagram, and beyond. This specific project ensures that we are completing privacy specific tasks that are assigned tour team, in order tprotect user's privacy.Job Description/Scope: (day-to-day)•Goal: Ensure 100% task closure of all tasks by the wave deadline. They are consecutive waves, each one w/ tasks that need tbe completed before the wave ends.•Look at tasks that are open, and ensure that the task owner is correct, aware, and working on the task in order to complete it by the deadline.•Help engineering teams secure an extension or re-wave of their task.•Help engineering teams unblock progress•Produce weekly reports at the beginning of the week showing task progress of the entire organization.•Stay on top of what tasks will be coming through the central privacy wave program in order tbetter assist engineering teamsQUALIFICATIONS (DETAILED FOCUS POINTS):•Understand and grasp technical concepts•Being able to spot process dependencies in order to expedite overall completion of the task•Strong project management skills•communication skills in order to drive points across in a concise and transparent manner•What is driving the need for this resource•Client has had an increase in the number of privacy compliance needs from a regulatory point of view. We need help in ensuring the safety and security of our user's data.•What is the interaction level this CW will have with the team/manager/additional parties•High. This CW will be interacting with engineers and team members from across the entire organization in order to complete tasks.
