Job Details
  • Administer internal LOS and interconnected systems.
  • Oversee the processes related to user access, roles and security, customization of objects/fields/layouts, data storage, licensing requirements, etc.
  • Analyze and document complex business system workflows.
  • Provide technical business recommendations and independently create solutions within the LOS to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Review feasibility of system update requests from business process managers and work to provide alternative options as necessary.
  • Conduct systems analysis to understand business impact of proposed system changes.
  • Develop applicable coding projects, administer system testing, and assist in monitoring system interfaces.
  • Create macros and custom reports by writing advanced scripts in any of JavaScript, SQL, VB.NET.
  • Provide recommendations on IT policy improvements based on knowledge of SDLC policy, change management policy, workflows, etc.
  • Manage Help Desk tickets for user issues regarding the LOS and provide interdepartmental support by responding to inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and determining/addressing solutions.
  • Review and keep current LOS with system updates and patch notes per company guidelines and lead any additional software updates as required.
Ideal Qualifications/Experience includes:
  • 3-5 years in Mortgage Operations/Administration with full understanding of the mortgage loan lifecycle
  • Minimum 1 year in an Admin role for a Mortgage LOS (BytePro)
  • Familiarity with writing code and/or basic scripts (Javascript, SQL, VB.NET)
