Sales Operations Analyst - Gainsight

Contract to Hire This position within Sales Operations will focus on managing the Sales Stack for our Customer Success Organization. This role enables you to have a significant business impact through involvement in Salesforce and Gainsight development, process improvements, reporting, forecasting, and other highly visible projects. For this role, we’re looking for someone who is looking to grow in their Sales Operations career. You will be actively working on your own projects to improve the sales stack by carefully gathering requirements, understanding the pain-points and putting a solution in place to drive effective change. This position will also serve as a front-line person to our stakeholders as they develop more familiarity with our instance.

You will:Streamline existing Sales and Sales Support Processes for the Customer Success OrganizationPerform project-based-work on an on-demand basis for the above departmentsCreate Salesforce & Gainsight dashboards for the above departmentsMaximize functionality of our renewal and client health processesMaintain consistent global standards for our dataScope and design functional needs for Salesforce and Gainsight development projectsAssist the team in maintaining our Sales Support alias and Slack ChannelsOwnership of Account Data, Renewal Data, Account Planning Data & CS Case Support DataOwnership of Gainsight and the implementation of our CSAT program

Your team will:Help us scale the business by building carefully thought-out processes and reducing future technical debt. The team is laser focused on transforming our instance of Sales Cloud to a best-in-class system.

About you:Minimum 5-7 years relevant Sales Operations experienceStrong problem solving and collaboration skills requiredExperience defining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policiesBusiness familiarity with SaaS companiesSalesforce project-based experienceSalesforce reporting experienceGainsight experience

Bonus Points:AdTech Experience a Plus.Experience presenting projects to diverse stakeholders and integrating feedback to future development needs.
