Role: Workday Senior Business Systems Analyst Location: Santa Clara, CA/Remote Duration: Long term W2 Candidates This position is not open for C2C Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday). The primary area of focus will be Workday HCM. In partnership with our client's Workday Payroll Integration developer and Payroll partners in EMEA/APAC/LATM, you will leverage your deep Workday techno/functional expertise to drive requirements and functional configuration so that our client's Workday HCM can seamlessly integrate with their new Global Payroll Provider. In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has: Skills:
- 4+ years of experience working in the Workday ecosystem with advanced technical knowledge in the following areas: Core HCM, Payroll Integration, Compensation, Reporting. Payroll domain experience a plus.
- Advanced working knowledge of business process redesign principles, tools and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with variety of stakeholders (business and technical, executives as well as end-user)
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a business unit team and have strong influencing skills.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Highly motivated and driven, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a self-managed environment.
- BE/M Tech degree in Information Systems or related discipline
