Job Description
Position: Sr Manager AR Credit & Collections Sr Manager AR Credit & Collections Location: Santa Clara ,CA Duration: 5+ months Manage a global team of professionals to ensure successful accomplishments of individual and team goals and objectives Collaborate and communicate with external customers, sales, auditors and other functional teams at various management levels. Key stakeholders include the customer service team, credit, treasury, FP&A and the broader accounting team. Perform and review credit evaluation timely to support sales activities while maintaining proper credit exposure Partner with internal and external colleagues to collect timely and maintain/reduce DSO Manage the monthly subledger close and account reconciliation processes Review journal entries and ensure that cash application is completed timely and accurately (with appropriate supporting documentation) for the month-end close Review CECL allowance to ensure compliance with the Company's policy Maintain a strong control environment under the requirements of Sarbanes-Oxley and company policies; establish and maintain operating procedures within the context of existing internal controls and company policies Coordinate schedules, activities and reports with other departments; prepare analysis and schedules for management as well as internal and external auditors Interact with internal and external auditors to ensure the quarterly review and audit activities are executed in a timely mannerEnsure outstanding exceptions are investigated and resolved timely Prepare manual invoices and debit/credit memos as needed Lead and/or participate cross-functional initiatives to develop and/or improve processes Drive standard global processes to improve consistency, scalability, and eliminate manual processes where possible. Ability to provide leadership, guidance, motivating and development of staff Experience in process improvement and transformation Experience with SAP ERP, Blackline Clarizen, HighRadius, Salesforce are a plus Experience with high technology clients in the Hardware, Software and/or SaaS space a plus Critical thinker with a risk-based approach mindset and strong problem-solving skills Ability to build relationships across multiple functions and implement new processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and execute with accuracy and efficiency Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required Proficiency in Google Suite a plusVacancy expired!
