This is an exciting opportunity for a business-minded, data savvy superstar: the successful candidate will play a key role in accelerating and sustaining growth for the Client eCommerce businesses. In this role, you will manage analytical projects and have the opportunity to partner with product, engineering & marketing teams to solve some of our digital businesses' most challenging issues. You will have the opportunity to present data-driven recommendations & implement them across our various marketing channels.Duties and responsibilities Key Responsibilities:•Develop, own & maintain automated reporting infrastructure.•Work with marketing channel leads, manage data streams across all marketing channels, develop both standardized and ad-hoc reports and dashboards•Leverage API solutions from marketing partners such as Google & Facebook to aggregate performance across channels •Support in conducting A/B and multivariate tests on Client & across our marketing channels. •Work with analytics teams to implement and troubleshoot marketing tags •Proactively identify issues and opportunities and drive solutions. •Create analyses that give insight and direction to the business. Think strategically: •Support test & learn approach to marketing channels - be capable of extracting and analyzing data independently, interpreting results, suggesting next steps •Turn business questions into functional analysis - understand the core financial impact in terms of sales, profitability, and KPIs Collaborate & Communicate results:•Create and maintain dashboards and identify opportunities to improve performance •Lead measurement and analyses at a marketing channel level, ensuring we are appropriately measuring performance and impact. •Collaborate cross-functionally as well as clearly communicate updates to ensure successful and timely completion of deliverables Proactively analyze information to help guide the business •Deliver actionable insights and recommendations supported by data to help improve the business •Monitor performance on site as well to enable a data-driven approach for marketing strategy •Understand business needs and anticipate questions/requests based on your understanding of the business and the data. •Be able to think on your feet and evaluate situations and numbers real-time.Qualifications •BS or MS degree in mathematics, engineering or statistics preferred •1-3 years' experience in an analytical role •Excellent analytical ability. Must have a data-driven approach to solving problems•Strong knowledge of the online measurement ecosystem, experience in collecting, analyzing, synthesizing data through API solutions preferred •Execution minded analyst including strong tool capabilities •Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL (experience in writing complex SQL queries) •Experience with Data Visualization solutions using Tableau•Experience with Web analytics tools - Adobe Analytics is a plus •R or Python is a plus •Experience with Tag Management platforms (Google Tag Manager preferred) •Ability to communicate technical concepts and challenges to a wide range of audience levels •Experience with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint •Detail-oriented, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously•Collaborative team player
